The following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our Refund Policy.
1.1 We will gladly refund you 100% of the purchase price (product + shipping costs) if you are not completely satisfied with your order.
1.2 We only replace products if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
1.3 If you purchased a product while it was on sale, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the product at that time of purchase.
1.4 In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer support team by submitting a ticket on our Support Page within 30 days of receiving your order (based on the date of arrival to you as per the order tracking number).
2.1 All returns require a return request authorization number in order to track the product return back to your account.
2.2 The return request authorization number must accompany your shipment. This letter must be placed inside your return packaging and is received from our support team after you have contacted us.
2.3 We do not accept paid on delivery returns. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning your product back to Fidgetscape. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.4 Product must be returned in its original state with all original packaging and in fully functioning order.
2.5 Any damage to product and/or original packaging may void your return request.
2.6 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.7 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account or credit card method of payment within 7 days.
