1.2 While we strive to ship to most countries worldwide, if your country is not listed in the list above, we unfortunately do not ship to that country at this time. Please check back as we are always trying to improve our delivery capacity.

2. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

2.1 All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2.2 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. SHIPPING RATES

3.1 Our shipping rates vary from order to order depending on a number of variables such as the product itself and any promotions that may be running at the time.

3.2 Shipping rates are calculated and will be fully shown on the checkout page once you enter your full shipping address.

4. SHIPMENT TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

4.1 Fidgetscape ships to addresses within Canada and the United States to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

5.1 You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5.2 Most orders usually arrive within 12-20 days from the date of order.

5.3 All products will be shipped to the address listed in the shipping information on the checkout page. You must ensure that this information is accurate as we are not liable for shipments to incorrect locations.

5.4 We are not responsible for delays in shipment times as soon as products are sent out.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

6.1 Fidgetscape is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6.2 We charge applicable GST and PST on all orders shipped to addresses inside the province of British Columbia (BC), Canada.

6.3 We charge applicable GST/HST on all orders shipped to the rest of Canada, outside of the province of British Columbia (BC).

7. DAMAGES

7.1 Fidgetscape is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

7.2 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
